A superb, exceptional piece of jewellery, rare and precious.
We have reproduced, with great attention to detail, the famous rose window.
The Sainte-Chapelle is a Gothic chapel located on the Île de la Cité in Paris, France. It was built between 1242 and 1248 by King Louis IX, also known as Saint Louis, to house Christian relics, notably Christ's crown of thorns.
The Sainte-Chapelle is famous for its magnificent stained-glass windows, which depict biblical scenes and illustrate the history of the Christian world. These windows, some of them over 15 metres high, create a luminous and colourful atmosphere inside the chapel.
The chapel is divided into two levels: the lower chapel, intended for servants and people of lower rank, and the upper chapel, which was reserved for royalty and the nobility. Its refined decoration and impressive architecture make it a remarkable example of Gothic art.
The Sainte-Chapelle is listed as a historic monument in France and is among the sites inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List, owing to its historical and architectural importance.
The medal is finely chased and openworked to create an airy, breathtaking piece of jewellery.
A perfect gift to celebrate and congratulate a mother, for a birthday, a birth...
