Delivery in Metropolitan France

For shipping, Manufacture Mayaud has chosen to rely on a recognised and reliable carrier.
Your parcels are shipped by La Poste as tracked Colissimo, delivered against signature and insured.
The delivery time is 48 hours from the dispatch of your order.

Notes:
- Each parcel is insured for its full value.
- For your security, shipments are packed & sent in plain packaging.
- A tracking number will be sent to you when your order is dispatched so that you can follow its progress.
- The lead times stated on product pages already take into account the time needed for any personalised engraving.
- Any order for a piece of jewellery in stock, placed and paid for before 2 pm, will be processed and shipped the same day (shipped the next day if placed after 2 pm).
- In-stock orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday.

International Delivery

Manufacture Mayaud can deliver worldwide.
Shipping costs are estimated automatically by simulating an order.

Any customs duties and taxes to be collected in the destination country are payable by the recipient.

We advise you to check before placing your order where applicable.

Courier Delivery

Manufacture Mayaud has a courier service within Paris which we can make available to you.
Please contact our Customer Service to find out the terms and/or to make an appointment.

Free Delivery

Delivery is free (to a pickup point) for any order over €300 in Metropolitan France.

Engraving and delivery times

Personalising (engraving) your medal adds no additional delay.
The lead times stated on product pages already take into account the time needed for any personalised engraving (which is carried out by us, in our Workshop).
