The restoration of your piece of jewellery, not covered by our guarantee, includes:

The engraving can be redone by selecting the option.
Shipping costs remain at the customer's expense.
Our creations continue to be carefully crafted throughout the season.
Some pieces take time: cutting, fitting, engraving, polishing… every step matters. With the summer holidays, some lead times may be slightly longer, and certain productions, notably rings, will resume from September.
The Paris boutique and the workshop will be closed from 11 to 15 August.
Orders placed on the website between 8 August and 16 August will be shipped from 17 August.
Outside these dates, the boutique welcomes you from Tuesday to Saturday, from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 2:30 pm to 7 pm.
