The Baptism of Christ is a christening medal in jewellery-grade mother-of-pearl rimmed in 18-karat gold, depicting the scene at the Jordan.

Jesus stands in the waters of the Jordan, hands crossed over his chest, haloed. John the Baptist, to his right, pours water over his head while holding the reed cross; the dove of the Spirit descends above them; on the bank, two angels hold Christ's garments. Carved in jewellery-grade mother-of-pearl, this multi-figure scene takes on the relief of a cameo. The gold rim closes the medal.

Natural extra-white mother-of-pearl of jewellery grade, carved in our workshop and set in an 18-karat yellow gold rim, bail included. Rim in polished finish. Made to order in our Paris workshop, within 2 to 3 days.

Four diameters, 18, 20, 22 and 24 mm. The Baptism of Christ is available in solid yellow gold, in solid silver, in silver and mother-of-pearl, in vermeil and in gold plate, to be worn on an 18-karat yellow gold trace chain.
