The Lilies Medal

In solid silver, Les Lys keeps everything that makes the model: a branch of lilies in bloom, a radiant star, and a wide smooth field made to be engraved.

A branch of lilies in silver, and room for a name

The branch of lilies rises along the edge, the star radiates at the top right, and the rest of the face is left smooth to receive a first name, a date or interlaced initials. In the satin silver, the engraving stands out crisply. The lily is the flower of the Virgin Mary, a symbol of purity.

A christening medal struck in the traditional way in solid silver

Like our gold medals, Les Lys is made by stamping: the solid 925/1000 silver blank is struck under the same engraved die as the gold version, giving exactly the same relief, just as crisp; the silver medal is thicker. Rhodium-plated, the silver does not tarnish and needs no care. The silver weighs 3.60 g in 18 mm. Made in France, in our workshop.

Diameter, engraving and variations

Offered in 16 and 18 mm. The engraving — first name, date, initials or monogram — is carried out in the workshop with the engraving package. Les Lys is also available in 18-karat yellow gold, in gold and mother-of-pearl, in silver and mother-of-pearl and in gold plate, to be worn on a solid silver trace chain or curb chain.
