Les Lys Medal
Les Lys is a gold-plated christening medal made to be engraved: a branch of lilies in bloom, a radiant star, and a wide smooth field awaiting a first name, a date or a monogram.
A branch of lilies, a star, and room for a name
The branch of lilies rises along the edge, the star radiates at the top right, and the rest of the face is left smooth for engraving. The lily is the flower of the Virgin Mary, a symbol of purity; the star, the one that guided the Magi to the Child.
Mayaud gold plate
This medal is made in Mayaud gold plate: a base of solid gilded brass, made in France, coated with a 3-micron layer of 18-karat (750/1000) gold. Crafted in our Paris workshop.
Diameter, engraving and variations
Offered in 18 mm. The engraving is carried out in the workshop with the engraving package. Les Lys is also available in solid yellow gold, in gold and mother-of-pearl, in solid silver and in silver and mother-of-pearl.
