St Christopher Medal

This second Saint Christopher is a christening medal in jewellery-grade mother-of-pearl rimmed in 18-karat gold, taking up the patron of travellers in a broader composition, the Child seated on his shoulder.

Christopher is seen almost from the front, standing in the water, the tunic draped over one shoulder, the staff held in both hands; the Child, seated on his right shoulder, rests a hand on the saint's head; the more open landscape shows the far bank. A frontal composition that gives the colossus his full stature. Carved in natural mother-of-pearl, the scene takes on the relief of a cameo; the gold rim closes the medal. Patron of travellers, Saint Christopher is a classic gift before a journey or a driving licence.

Jewellery-grade mother-of-pearl, rimmed in 18-karat gold

Natural extra-white mother-of-pearl of jewellery grade, carved in our workshop and set in an 18-karat yellow gold rim, bail included, from 1.30 g of gold in 18 mm to 1.60 g in 24 mm. Rim in polished finish. Made to order in our Paris workshop, within 2 to 3 days.

Diameters and variations

From 18 to 24 mm: the 18 mm for a christening, the 20 and 22 mm for everyday wear, the 24 mm as a pendant. The smooth reverse of the mother-of-pearl takes an engraving.
