Saint George

Saint George is a christening medal in jewellery-grade mother-of-pearl rimmed in solid silver, depicting the knightly saint slaying the dragon with his lance, on horseback.

A knight who slays the dragon, in mother-of-pearl and silver

George, in armour and flowing cape, gallops and drives his lance into the dragon writhing on the ground; the name SAINT GEORGES is engraved in an arc at the top. It is the legend of the knight who freed a princess by killing the dragon, become an image of the victory of good over evil; Saint George is the patron of knights and soldiers. Carved in mother-of-pearl, the scene takes on the relief of a cameo, and the silver rim almost melts into its whiteness. A medal full of spirit, natural for anyone who bears the name George. Jewellery-grade mother-of-pearl, rimmed in solid silver

Natural extra-white mother-of-pearl of jewellery grade, carved in our workshop and set in a rhodium-plated solid 925/1000 silver rim, bail included, from 1.00 g of silver in 20 mm to 1.20 g in 24 mm. Rim in polished finish. Made to order in our Paris workshop, within 2 to 3 days.

Diameters and variations

Three diameters, 20, 22 and 24 mm. The smooth reverse of the mother-of-pearl takes an engraving. Saint George is also available in solid yellow gold, in gold and mother-of-pearl, in solid silver and in gold plate, to be worn on a solid silver trace chain.
