A Virgin and Child in mother-of-pearl

The Child, tiny, wrapped in his swaddling clothes, rests against the chest of Mary, who raises her eyes to Heaven to give thanks to the One who deserves it. The two radiant halos, engraved in fine rays in the mother-of-pearl, take on a particular delicacy here: the light glides along the rays as on silk. It is the christening medal of the very first days, and one of our models most often given to a young mother.

Jewellery-grade mother-of-pearl, set in 18-karat gold

Natural extra-white mother-of-pearl, of jewellery grade, selected for the evenness of its whiteness and the fineness of its grain. Bezel and bail in 18-karat yellow gold, from 1.30 g of gold in 18 mm to 1.60 g in 24 mm. Bezel in polished finish. Crafted to order in our Paris workshop, within 2 to 3 days.

From 18 to 24 mm: the 18 mm for a christening, the 20 and 22 mm for everyday wear, the 24 mm as a pendant. La Maternité is available in solid yellow gold and in solid silver, to be worn on an 18-karat yellow gold trace chain.
