Ring - No. 5
No. 5 is the twisted ring of the Mayaud collection: a rope-twist body and a round stone in a beaded rim, in 18-karat yellow gold.
A twist and a beaded rim
Inspired, like the whole collection, by antique rings, No. 5 takes up two of their codes with a subtle modernity: the beaded rim that clasps the stone, recalling the delicate milgrain of the 1900s, and the twisted body, a motif loved since ancient Egypt. Two gold wires wound around each other form the band; the stone, ringed with beads, crowns it.
18-karat yellow gold and natural fine stones
No. 5 is made in our Paris workshop, in ethical 18-karat (750/1000) yellow gold. The round stone is a natural fine stone, to choose: deep blue lapis lazuli flecked with pyrite, green malachite with concentric veins, matt black onyx, golden shimmering tiger's eye, or red agate.

Offered from size 44 to 62 (French sizes), in even sizes. No. 5 is also available with a carved mother-of-pearl centre; see also No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4.
