The Star of the Lilies

The Star of Lilies is a medal in jewellery-grade mother-of-pearl rimmed in solid silver, bringing together four fleur-de-lys in a cross.

Four fleur-de-lys in a cross

At the centre, four fleur-de-lys are arranged in a cross around a shared heart, forming a floral star; the same lobed, beaded rim as on our other medals in this collection surrounds it. The fleur-de-lys is a symbol of purity traditionally associated with the Virgin Mary; repeated four times, it forms here a star that echoes the name of its sister medal, the Morning Star, in the same floral language as our Fleur-de-Lys medal. Our sculptor took care over the perfect symmetry of the four flowers, meeting at a beaded heart.

Jewellery-grade mother-of-pearl, rimmed in solid silver

Natural extra-white mother-of-pearl of jewellery grade, carved in our workshop and set in a rhodium-plated 925/1000 silver rim, bail included. Rim in polished finish. Made to order in our Paris workshop, within 2 to 3 days.

Diameters and variations

Three diameters, 20, 22 and 24 mm: the 20 mm for discreet wear, the 22 mm for everyday, the 24 mm as a pendant. The Star of Lilies is also available in mother-of-pearl and 18-karat gold; see also the Fleur-de-Lys, with a single flower. To be worn on a solid silver trace chain.
