The cable chain in 18-karat yellow gold is the christening chain par excellence: a simple oval link, unisex, that carries a medal without ever overshadowing it.
The cable link, the most widespread of all
Oval rings, slightly flattened, passed one through the other: the cable link (forçat) is the most widespread neck chain, and the most discreet. It does not seek to be seen; it leaves the medal or pendant in the foreground. It suits every age and everyone, is worn from christening to adulthood, and goes with all our jewellery. If in doubt, this is the chain to choose.
Solid 18-karat yellow gold
This chain is made in solid 18-karat (750/1000) yellow gold. The gold weight of each variant is shown in its name, from 2.50 g for the 40 cm in 1.3 mm to 9.85 g for the 60 cm in 2.2 mm.
Lengths, gauges and advice
Six gauges, from 1.3 to 2.2 mm, and lengths from 40 to 60 cm. For a christening medal we recommend a gauge of at least 1.3 to 1.45 mm and a length of 40 or 45 cm; from 1.6 mm the chain carries an 18 or 20 mm medal comfortably every day, and the 1.85 and 2.2 mm suit heavier pendants.
