Rings twisted then flattened, lying flat on the skin: the curb chain is an old link, very strong, timeless and unisex. Worn for a christening, a communion, a birthday, it goes with every pendant and every medal.
9-karat yellow gold
This chain is made in 9-karat (375/1000) yellow gold, a real gold, harder and less costly than 18-karat. The weight of each variant is shown in its name, from 2.30 g for the 40 cm in 1.35 mm to 7.20 g for the 60 cm in 2.1 mm.
Lengths, gauges and advice
Five gauges, from 1.35 to 2.1 mm, and lengths from 40 to 60 cm. The 1.35 mm is a fine but solid curb; the 1.5 and 1.7 mm correspond to the classic gauge of a christening chain; the 1.8 and 2.1 mm suit pendants.
